Register below for the 2026 WCPSC Annual Meeting

Cancellations and Substitution Policies: 

Cancellations:

Requests for conference registration refunds must be received in writing at wcpsc@wcpsc.org by May 15, 2026. A refund (less $100 processing fee) will be made following the conference. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Individuals who fail to attend the conference will not be entitled to any refund. Fees are not transferable to a future Western Conference of Public Service Commissioners or any NARUC event. Cancellation refund requests due to medical emergencies must include documentation.

Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company and are required to register by the registration deadline.  Substitutions must be received in writing via email by May 15, 2026. Send the appropriate attendee contact information to wcpsc@wcpsc.org.
