Hyatt Regency Tamaya Information
Individuals attending the WCPSC Annual Meeting must register for the conference BEFORE reserving a room at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya at the WCPSC Group Rate. Reservations have a three-night minimum that must include the nights of Sunday, May 31, Monday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 2. Additional nights may be added to the front and back of reservation, but those nights do not apply to the minimum.
Rooms in the WCPSC hotel block are for WCPSC registrants only. One hotel reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
Registration will open by mid-February 2026.
WCPSC room rates are $299 plus applicable taxes (Approximately $346 per night)
Resort fee is WAIVED for reservations made using the WCPSC housing link.
Be wary of travel scams.
If anyone claiming to be associated with a travel agency and/or “convention housing” contacts you with an offer to book a hotel room for this event, do NOT provide your contact or payment information. This is a scam. WCPSC does NOT contract with such firms. In some cases, these companies falsely claim to be the official housing bureau or room representative for WCPSC. We have NOT contracted with any company to serve as our representative. If the headquarters hotel sells out – overflow hotels and information will be noted on our website.
Fraudulent Housing Emails
Please beware of fraudulent emails offering hotel rooms for the WCPSC Annual Meeting. These messages are not from WCPSC
- Ignore and delete them.
- Do not book rooms through third-party vendors.
- Official hotel booking links are only provided in your WCPSC registration confirmation email.
